Ann E. Allen passed away on December 18, 2006. Ann Elizabeth "Lib"
Logan Allen was born February 26, 1930 to the late Lum and Mahala Bard Logan. She later married William S. "Bill" Allen, Sr. Ann and Bill had been
married for 52 years, when he preceded her in death on April 28,2001.
Lib was a former employee of Heaven Hill Distillery and Bird & Son, Bardstown.
She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church, St. Peter Clover Society, and
Abraham Lincoln Ladies' Auxiliary Unit 167. She was preceded in
death by her husband, William S. Allen, Sr.; her parents, Lum and Mahala Bard
Logan; four brothers, John Ed. Cambron, Sr., Joseph Logan, Sr., William Logan,
Robert Logan, and an infant brother, Richard Logan; two sisters, Carrie Logan
and Shirley Sheckles.
She leaves to cherish her memories, six sons, William S. (Joline), Terrance L.
(Daisy), Michael L, Richard W. (Andrea'), Steven E. (Melissa), and Robert L. (Yohanda)
Allen; two daughters, Kathleen L (Robert) Garrison and Theresa L. Allen; 24
grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and
cousins.
