2007 Bard Family Reunion

Schedule of Events

The schedule of events for the reunion are subject to change at any time between now and the date of the actual event.  Please check this page often for update and schedule changes.

Where:	American Legion Armory 202 Downs Lane Bardstown, Kentucky		The 2007 Bard Family Reunion will be held Memorial Day Weekend!!
When:	May, 25, 26 & 27
	Schedule of Events:
	Friday, May 25	6:00pm -11:00pm	Welcome our traveling family members at The Hampton Inn 985 Chambers Blvd. Bardstown, Ky. 40004
	Saturday, May 26	11:00am	Bard Family Reunion begins
			Children activities begin including bingo, sack races, balloon toss, talent show, etc.
			Adult activities begin including horse shoes, corn hole, cards, Bard Trivia, board games
		4:00 pm	Children's Play
		5:00pm	Dinner
		6:30pm	Recognition of family graduates and accomplishments
		6:45pm	Awards Ceremony
		7:00pm	Announcements of new births, engagements, marriages, career changes and other events.
		7:30pm	History of the Bards by the Family Historian
		8:00pm	Reunion Family meeting
		10:00pm	Family Reunion Ends
			1st Annual Bard Reunion Dance (Adults Only)
	Sunday, May 27	10:45am	Sunday Services will be at the Bardstown Church of God
		1:00pm	Walking Tour of Historic Bardstown

Donations

To ensure the success of this years Bard Family Reunion, we will need the ongoing financial support of all our family members.   This years planning team is in the process of identifying the cost associated with this years reunion.   We ask all our family members to send their donations in early to help finance the costs and allow us to pay our debtors prior to the reunion rather than after.    The coordination team may have to use their own personal funds to pay the costs of the reunion.  To lessen the financial impact on their personal finances, lets all try to get our donations in as quickly as possible.  

We know that some family members have constraints upon them that may not allow them to pay at all.   We understand this and want to make sure they know they are still very much welcome to take part in this very important and fun filled event.   Other family members who are able to give due to God's blessings are encouraged to do so.   For without you, there will not be a 2007 Bard Family Reunion.  Regardless of your own personal and financial situation, the 2007 Bard Family Reunion Planning Team appreciates your support, love and prayers.

Please send your donation to the address below.  Make checks payable to "The Bard Family Reunion".   Please do not send cash in the mail.   Donations will also be collected at the event, however, as previously stated, please try to send your generous donation as early as possible.

God bless the Bard Family and we hope to see everyone at the 2007 Bard Family Reunion!
